He has served as a Technical Committee Member and Strategic Change Management Consultant to NeGD/MeitY (Government of India) on the Kerala e-Governance Mission Team, as Economic Adviser to the Government of Rajasthan's Finance Department (IFMS/FinTech modernisation, via PwC), and as Founder & CEO of two mission-driven organisations — eLMNOP (a National Award-winning EdTech startup) and the Namaskar with Love Foundation. A lifelong devotee of Lord Vitthal

At the heart of Santosh is an unbroken bhakti for Lord Vitthal of Pandharpur — the beloved deity of Maharashtra's Warkari tradition. Across decades he has composed thousands of abhangas, devotional verses offered in the centuries-old lineage of Sant Dnyaneshwar and Sant Tukaram, and it is this same current of devotion — quiet, disciplined, unglamorous — that he has poured into three decades of service to the nation, above all in education and e-Governance.
