As Senior R&D Consultant at Multiversity / ETH Research Lab, working alongside Padma Bhushan Dr. Vijay Bhatkar (father of India's PARAM supercomputer), built the Digital Literacy content behind Maharashtra's MSCIT courses and trained 60,000+ teachers.

From classroom R&D to quantum AI

The same research instinct that once built Digital Literacy content for MSCIT and Enterprise Architecture for Kerala now drives Santosh's current experiments at Quantum World Ventures — applying AI and quantum technology to healthcare security and national infrastructure, aligned with India's National Quantum Mission (NQM).

Active research tracks include photonic quantum networking and entanglement distribution, Quantum Key Distribution (QKD) and Post-Quantum Cryptography (PQC) for medical devices and clinical data, and AI-driven governance and Blockchain-led enterprise architecture — carrying his eGovernance and AI/Blockchain research into deep-tech territory.

Presenting research to the people who can act on it

Santosh has presented his research and eGovernance frameworks at national and international platforms including TEDx, Huddle Kerala, PMP Conferences, GCES, IDA Confab, and India's e-Governance national conferences — carrying findings from the field directly to policymakers, technologists and educators.

His early work on Vision 2020 — Education Technology & Rural Empowerment was personally recognised by former President of India Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam, and his Global Classrooms initiative was recognised in Parliament by Member of Parliament Shri Anil Shirole. His R&D grounding was shaped over seven years working alongside Padma Bhushan Dr. Vijay Bhatkar, inventor of India's PARAM supercomputer.
