Founded and led by Santosh Talaghatti, Change Management Enterprise (CME) is a global AI-driven upskilling institute paired with management consulting and R&D units — on a mission to empower 10 million professionals through change management, leadership and digital transformation training. It also serves as the connecting hub linking Quantum World Ventures, Namaskar with Love Foundation, Heal Her Soul and Heal The World as its wider enterprise family.

Founded, owned and led entirely by Santosh Talaghatti, Quantum World Ventures (QWV) carries frontier quantum research from discovery to delivery — across Quantum Computing, Quantum Imaging & Sensing (its flagship Quantum MedTech Lab), and Quantum Communication for tamper-proof healthcare data. QWV is aligned with India's National Quantum Mission and the Viksit Bharat 2047 vision, and operates independently, in strategic alliance with Change Management Enterprise and Namaskar with Love Foundation.

Founded by Santosh Talaghatti to give women comprehensive, judgement-free support, Heal Her Soul is a HealthTech platform combining an AI-based chatbot with real counsellors — for pregnancy care, maternal and infant health, mental well-being, nutrition, yoga and meditation. It is working toward reaching 200,000 pregnant women with holistic, before-during-after-pregnancy care.

Born from the National Award-winning eLMNOP initiative that connected 10,000+ rural schools across Maharashtra, Global Classrooms Foundation carries Santosh's education mission onto a global stage — connecting rural and urban schools with domain experts worldwide in pursuit of the UN Sustainable Development Goals. The same Global Classroom model now runs as Namaskar with Love Foundation's flagship programme.

Founded by Santosh Talaghatti and named for the call to heal the world we live in, Heal The World is CME's Global Innovation Hub — incubating social-innovation startups and ideas across education, health, agriculture, food safety, policing/cyber security and skill development, for people, animals, plants and the planet.
